My Craft Creation Process

The materials I use to create my products are provided by you, the customer.

I do my best to utilise all of the extra special details in your items and to include as much of the characteristic pieces that I can.

I do avoid wastage and return all the fabric that i do not use to you, along with your completed keepsake. Any materials you provide may carry a sentimental smell, or familiar odour. tThus is completely acceptable and understandable so I do ask that if you prefer, to wash your items before sending them to me.

Whatever you choose, from Claire Bears, you can rest easy knowing that every piece is made with passion and creativity. I pour my heart into creating special items for my valued customers, and your positive feedback keeps me going with my head held high.
